A truly bespoke factory-ordered car for its first owner in a terrific color combination with Magnolia coachwork and Oatmeal Connolly hide trimmed in Autumn piping.
Burr walnut veneers with inlays adorn the cabin with a contrasting convertible roof.
Connolly Leather was founded in 1878 and supplied highly finished leather to Rolls Royce.
Chromed accents on the exterior including the wheels and Rolls-Royce iconic “Spirit of Ecstacy” on top of the Chrome radiator shroud.
The Corniche came outfitted with every luxury and refinement characteristic of a Rolls-Royce.
Dual automatic temperature control, a six-disc CD changer, automatic headlamps and automatic ride control.
This 2000 Corniche is powered by a 325hp 6.75 L Rolls-Royce V8 With 544 lb-ft of torque at 2100 rpm.
Recently inspected and serviced by our own factory-trained Rolls-Royce technician (see “View Documentation” button on our website).
This magnificent Flagship convertible spent the last 17 years in California and Arizona.
Only 374 Corniche V’s were Produced from 2000-2002.
The Corniche draws its name from the experimental 1939 Corniche. It is from the French corniche, a coastal road, especially along the face of a cliff, most notably the Grande Corniche along the French Riviera above the principality of Monaco.
The Corniche was a development of the two-door version of the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, which had been marketed as the Silver Shadow Mulliner Park Ward two-door fixed head coupe since 1965 and drophead coupe since 1966. Production remained in London at Mulliner Park Ward; the new name was applied in March 1971.
This the first and only Rolls-Royce developed from a Bentley rather than the other way around.
All Corniches were completely hand-built. The car is considered a more exclusive version of the Azure.
